What makes our business different?

Local, grown on a beyond organic principle, fresh, varieties grown for their flavour not their quantity.

It is not proposed that the farm will become organic, there are many reasons for this including Aquaculture is used as to be organic plants must be grown in soil and not hydroponically, the soil association promote using less chemicals where we use none.

We sell ourselves as “beyond organic” as we have lost crops rather than use commercial chemicals and then waiting 14 days to call the crop organic again!

The ethos of the farm is beyond organic, closing the loop and make the soil and water resource available produce the best and most without corrupting the structure. We also only sell what we grow allowing our customers to know how and what has been used on each crop.
